SystemZone is a unique patended distribution manifold for use in zoned heating systems. It encompasses all the requirements for correct system installation.

The unit is intrinsically safe, as it is internally unobstructed, and will cater for expansion and cold feed supply throughout the system.

It has suitable connection points for ancillary devices, as may be required. Its inclusion in the system will allow for easy installation, permitting delivery of a high performance zoned plan without the complications normally associated with energy efficient systems.

By neutralising the flow and return water pressures as they pass through the unit, it eliminates unrequired zone heating. Furthermore, as the circulating water from the system pipe work passes through the larger unit area, it slows, so that the unit constantly de-aerates the complete heating installation.

SystemZone isolates and controls heating water distribution circuits. In a standard, simple installation, one or two boilers may be connected to it. It is completely safe on either open or sealed systems. SystemZone also has connection points for ancillary safety devices, safety valves and expansion tanks.

This integral part of the system has an unobstructed internal baffle system and contains no moving parts for long term trouble free use. It also eliminates the need for motorised valves and a system bypass.
