MiniLex is a wiring centre which greatly simplifies the attachment of both time and temperature controls to a heating system. Pre-configured to automatically fire a boiler only when one or more time/temperature controls call for heat, the MiniLex eliminates the need for a separate boiler clock.
The 'MiniLex Centre' is a pre-configured control Printed Circuit Board, for multi-zone heating systems (up to three heating zones). It incorporates clearly identified terminals for simple on site connexion to all standard ancillary equipment (Valves, Pumps, Boiler, etc.).
The boiler is called into action by the use of a simple patented electronic procedure that serves to concentrate multiple mains command inputs to a single mains command (i.e. Boiler control relay), while isolating each command input from the other and from the output.
The MiniLex has clearly identified wiring terminals for Mains Supply, Clock Connections, Thermostat Links, Pump and Boiler connections and an Auxiliary logic switching facility. It has 46 block connections for easy attachment to heating devices. |

The wiring centre has the facility to supply external time control via clocks/stats to four optional zone outputs (e.g. Living area heating, Bedroom area, etc.) and also encompasses four corresponding mains outputs to drive zone isolation devices (pumps) each with separate terminal indication. (L, N, E.).
In addition, there is a set of boiler supplies including Permanent Live, Neutral, Earth terminations plus independent boiler voltage free contacts to provide boiler switch live or external controls link opportunity.
