Q: Why install Ebeco Thermoflex electric underfloor?
|
A: There are two easy answers to this, 1) Health: a more comfortable enviroment, with uniform temperature throughout, allows you to enjoy a healtier, cleaner, more relaxing atmosphere.
2) Comfort: warmth from the floor radiates evenly and gently upwards for ideal comfort. No wall hung radiators, sharp edges or very hot surfaces. Just warm for feet and a cool ceiling for a cool head.

Q: What are the guarantee terms?
|
A: Ebeco products are of the hghest quality and therefore we give a 10 year guarantee against defects in the materials. Ebeco cables are extremly durable but can be damaged in two ways,
1) Either rough treatment during installation or
2) Because a hole has been drilled inthe floor at a later date, perhaps to fit a new toilet pedestal or shower tray. Care must be taken to avoid these situations. In case a problem arises, there is appropiate professional equipment to locate a fault and avoid taking up the entire floor. Usually only one tile or area need to be removed to repair the fault to full working condition.
